It happened in the rural town of Flatwoods, embedded deep within the hills of Braxton County, West Virginia, on that ill-fated September 12th, 1952. A group of local children, intrigued by a brilliant flash of light streaking across the late afternoon sky, were about to embark on a journey that would forever have their names inscribed in the books of supernatural history. Their eye-witness account is not just a paranormal occurrence, but also what initiates a chillily frightening encounter with the creature itself, nicknamed the Flatwoods Monster.
