What happens when you build a subdivision over a forgotten cemetery?

In Crosby, Texas, families in the Newport subdivision discovered that the answer might be more complicated than anyone expected. Human remains were found beneath the property, homeowners reported strange activity, and what began with plans for a backyard swimming pool eventually ended up before the Texas Supreme Court.

This week we look at Black Hope Cemetery, what we know actually happened there, the haunting stories that followed, and the question that still hangs over the neighborhood.
